I started writing on Medium.com again.
Why?
It’s like I wanted to rekindle the past — the gold ol’ days where I could publish an article in The Startup and make a cool $100.
The reality now?
I’m lucky to get a few cents.
Still, my little alarm clock would blare at 6:15am, and like a drugged-up warload, I’d crack open my laptop, click on the M logo, and start bashing at my keys.
Enough.
As Jay Gatz learned, you can’t bring back the past or turn back the clock. What’s done is done. What’s done cannot be undone.
I’ll probably slip a few more times in my rehabilitation, but let me state it now.
I’m done with Medium. I can’t turn back the clock. I’ll just write on this blog.
I want to learn new skills.
